We learn that R. H. Egger intends opening a German day school in the German Lutheran Church, on the 1st of August, in which American children may be taught the German language. Three hours a day, from 8 to 11 A. M., will be given to this noble and important study. There is no better way of spending the vacation, for an apt scholar will lay a good foundation for a knowledge of German in one month.
